Due to re-offer of 2015 Supersemar Superior Scholarship Program for University of Brawijaya students, hereby we inform the compulsory requirements that must be fulfilled by applicants:

3rd (three) semester student; |

GPA Minimum 3,50 successively 2 semester (1st and 2nd semester); |

3 |
Come from poor/needy family; |
|
4 |
Active in student activities or have achievements in a particular regional/national level, e.g.: science, sport, art/culture, etc; |

5 |
Do not get scholarship from any institute/agency; |
|
6 |
Required to have an email and UB blog. |
Files that have to be submitted include:

Copy of GPA for 2 semester successively (1st and 2nd semester) |

2. |
Reference of parents income from institute/organization/parents workplace or reference of poor from village chief where the family domicile/parents of the student concerned |

3. |
Copy of student card, ID card and family card |
|
4. |
Format of Curriculum vitae can be downloaded here |
|
5. |
List of student activities and achievement on certain field have been obtained as the attached form equipped with copy of reference, certificate or certificate of appreciation |

6. |
Copy of student bank account in concerned on BNI or BRI |
Registration files collected in the student affair unit not later than August, 19th, 2015. Files does not meet the requirement will not be processed.
