Citiasia-Oracle Scholarship Program 2016 is a scholarship program that opens the opportunity to get free training and certification of oracle. There are 225 full scholarships and 1,975 packages partial scholarships for students of D3, S1, S2 and S3 from all public and private universities in Indonesia.
